COOLRITE Central Fan Coils are available in Floor, Wall or Ceiling design with Standard Cabinet, to serve even the more sophisticated architectural requirements.

COOLRITE Standard Units Cabinet shall be made of zincor primered steel sheet colored by plastic coats or oven baked fines enamels. Concealed plenum cabinets shall be galvanized steel sheet.

Insulation All standard units shall be thermally and acoustically insulated with polyurethane foam or asphalt coated fiber glass panels.

Configuration Air in and out can be from any one of the six sides of the unit, on the vertical or horizontal arrangements.

Collar for direct duct connection is provided in all units for outlet air only. For plenum a collar is also provided for inlet air and for exposed cabinet collar shall be custom tailored on request.

Filter slots are standard in all units, one inch disposable filter is normally provided. Cleanable filters are also available on request.

Coil shall be made by seamless copper tubes, expanded on aluminium fins, and tested at 28 bar (400 psi).

Blowers shall be of the centrifugal forward curved type, statically and dynamically balanced, all parts shall be made of galvanised steel sheet. Units shall be provided with one or two blowers, according to the air handling necessities.

Motors shall be open drip-proof or enclosed type with ball or sleeve bearings, single or multispeed single phase permanent split capacitor, or single speed 3 phase type, direct drive or belt drive arrangement.

Drain Pan All units shall have a drain pan made of asphalt coated galvanised steel, extended under all the coil's pipes and fins. Extra pans are available for special installations.

Easy Installation COOLRITE units are completly factory tested, dried and sealed. All units have one shot quick connectors or valve with soldering copper pipe outlets on gas refrigerant circuits and standard threaded galvanized steel water pipe on water circuits. Gas circuits have permanent access valves.

Air Vent Each fluid heater or cooler coil has a manual air vent.

Electric Junction board shall be color coded and wires identified for easy field connections.

Access to all internal parts for cleaning or maintenance needs loosening of a few screws only to remove any panel.

Electric Heater is optional and shall be custom tailored on request.

Fresh Air Damper is optional and shall be custom tailored on request.
