COOLRITE Fan Coils are available in Floor, Wall or Ceiling design with Standard Cabinet or Decorative Cabinet, to serve even the more sophisticated interior room decor, or architectural requirements, Decorative Fan Coils come with colored plastic coated or oven baked enamels applied on rust-proof zincor primered steel sheets; concealed Fan Coils come with 18 gauge galvanized steel body, to be installed in concealed situations, with distribution ducts.

Insulation: All standard units shall be thermally and acoustically insulated with or asphalt coated fiber glass panels.

Coils are 2 to 6 row made with seamless copper tubes expanded on aluminium fins usually spaced at 12 fins per inch. All Coils are tested at 28 bar (400 psi) and are suitable for 275 psi the maximum normal working pressure.

. Each fluid heater or cooler coil has a manual air vent.

Drain pans are 18 gauge galvanised steel and bitumen coated with insulation panels fitted between drain pan and cabinet to prevent exterior condensation.

Blower: Direct-drive centrifugal blowers, are statically and dynamically balanced, low-noise type with all parts being made of galvanized steel sheet.

Motors are open drip-proof or enclosed type with ball or sleeve bearings, single speed or up to 6 speeds, single phase permanent split capacitor.

Filter slots are standard in all units, ½ inch disposable filter is normally provided, cleanable filters are also available on request.

Maintenance Blower with motor and bodyparts, can be easily disassembled for cleaning and maintenance of the finned coil. Cleanable filter is available in place of the standard disposable filters. One shot quick connections couplings on Unit outlets are standard for easy field installation.

Room Thermostat for air return temperature control and blower speeds are supplied, assembled on the cabinet or wired for remote installation.

Electronic Junction board shall be color coded and wires identified for easy field connection.

Three Way Valve are available on request to control the heating or cooling process.
